Wallace McCall has built a distinguished career as a Florida Supreme Court Certified Circuit Civil Mediator and Assistant Trainer. Since becoming certified in 2016, he has worked tirelessly to advance the field of mediation, contributing to both professional practice and education. As an Assistant Trainer at Matrix Training Institute, Wallace plays a pivotal role in shaping the next generation of mediators.

 

Prior to becoming a mediator, Wallace was a leader in personal injury litigation, with extensive experience in medical malpractice. His deep knowledge of complex legal issues, particularly in the field of healthcare-related disputes, provided him with the insight and empathy necessary to mediate high-stakes cases effectively.

 

Admitted to the Florida Bar in 1973, Wallace’s legal career spans both the Florida State Courts and the U.S. Southern District, where he has earned a reputation for his commitment to helping people resolve conflicts.
